Origin & Production
Our Italian friends produce the organic extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil in Mother Earth signature blend at small estates or cooperatives where the olive plantations have predominantly older trees. It is produced through traditional, natural and organic production methods: treated first in optimal cultivation and then carefully picked by hand and pressed directly within a few hours after harvesting. They have a high content of biophenols (natural antioxidants) that protect the oils and maintain their freshness extensively. This remarkable stability renders them highly valued for their quality.
To preserve the aromas of the oil, they are well retained before they are blended to become organic white truffle oil. The white truffle is picked in the forest by Maestro and his two- and four-legged friends. Those passing Maestro’s quality control is directly transported to the farm and prepared for production. Some are extracted, others freeze-dried, and then finally macerated with the organic extra virgin olive oil and Maestro’s unique flavour aroma, or ”taste” as Donna Mara would express it.
The production means continuous stirring over a lengthy period and always in small batches, so the exact amount of truffle and olive oil marries entirely following Donna Mara’s delicious instructions.
truffle & our friends organic white truffle oil is a myriad of harmoniously composed fragrances. It is characterised by an enchanting scent of tender white truffle that is well balanced with freshly picked olives, green tomato and fresh hazelnuts.
In the mouth, you meet a silky-smooth oil and green fruit-driven notes with a rounded surface. It has a soft fruity flavour and grows a slight bitterness with some herbaceous spice. At first, the flavours of white truffle are gentle, but they gradually accelerate filling up the entire mouth with this warm, elegant and soft rounded feel, balanced with a slight bitterness from the oil.
Steaks, fish, poultry, veggies, risotto, pasta, pizza, accompanying bread and/or cheeses, baking and desserts, or virtually anything you ever can imagine.

Shelf life & Nutrial
Shelf life: 12 months
Opened: Use within 6 months. Always make sure that the lid is securely fastened as this preserves the longevity of the delicate truffle.
Store in a cool and dry place, however not in your fridge because condensation may develop in the bottle, affecting the flavour.
Container material: glass fully recyclable and lid recycle as plastic.
